Kadarius Toney On The Practice Field Wednesday
3 years agoNew York Giants rookie wide receiver Kadarius Toney (hamstring) was on the practice field on Wednesday. COVID-19 and a hamstring injury kept Toney sidelined for the entire preseason, so fantasy managers in dynasty/keeper leagues shouldn't be expecting a whole lot from the rookie out of the gates. Toney, the 20th overall pick in this year's draft, did run routes at full speed last week, though, and appears to be on track to play in his first NFL game this Sunday against the Denver Broncos. The 22-year-old is in a crowded receiving corps that also includes Kenny Golladay, Darius Slayton, Sterling Shepard and Evan Engram, which is why he went undrafted in most 12-team leagues.
