Luis Patino Pulled In The Third Inning
3 years agoTampa Bay Rays pitcher Luis Patino allowed four earned runs on six hits and three walks while striking out four over 2 2/3 innings during Sunday's 6-5 loss to the Minnesota Twins. He did not factor into the decision. It was his shorting outing since August 15. The 21-year-was removed after just 73 pitches. He has old has now allowed at least four earned in two of his last five starts. Patino owns a 4.65 ERA, 1.35 WHIP, and a 62:25 K: BB over 60 innings in 2021. The Rays right-hander will look to bounce back and can be used as a streamer in next week's start against the Detroit Tigers.
