3 years agoRunning backs Caleb Huntley and D'Onta Foreman were released by the Atlanta Falcons Tuesday but have joined the team's practice squad, per Jeff Schultz of The Athletic. Huntley, who showed some explosive ability at times, tallied 20 carries for 91 rushing yards and a touchdown while hauling in two passes for 19 receiving yards in three preseason contests. Foreman compiled 16 carries for 59 rushing yards and a touchdown in three games played. Both backs would have to do a lot to see action in 2021, as the Falcons seem intent on a backfield rotation featuring Mike Davis in the lead role with Qadree Ollison and Cordarrelle Patterson factoring in as well.--Tim Capurso
