Najee Harris Will Rest During Preseason Finale
3 years agoPittsburgh Steelers rookie running back Najee Harris will not play in the preseason finale against the Carolina Panthers. The original plan was for Harris to play in every preseason game, but head coach Mike Tomlin ultimately decided to rest Harris in the finale and scout the other running backs to see who will be behind Harris on the depth chart. Kalen Ballage. Benny Snell Jr., Anthony McFarland Jr. and Jaylen Samuels will compete to see who will be the backup running back. Snell has missed most of training camp due to a lower-body injury. The most streamable option for DFS managers will be Ballage because of his ability to find the end zone. Harris will be ready for battle Week 1 against the Buffalo Bills.
