Travis d'Arnaud Could Be Activated By Tuesday
3 years agoAtlanta Braves catcher Travis d'Arnaud (thumb) could be reinstated from the 60-day injured list by Tuesday. He is currently scheduled to play the next four games for Gwinnett. The Braves catcher began a rehab assignment on July 30 and will return by early next week. The 32-year-old has not been ruled for the team's weekend series against the Washington Nationals. d'Arnaud slashed .220/. 253/.341 with two home runs and 11 RBI across 87 plate appearances in 2021. Fantasy managers should continue to stash d'Arnaud as he could be a difference-maker in deep-league and two-catcher formats for the final stretch of the season.
