Edward Olivares Hits A Solo Home Run On Wednesday
3 years agoKansas City Royals outfielder Edward Olivares went 1-for-4 with a solo home run in the team's 9-1 win over the Chicago White Sox on Wednesday. The home run was his third of the year and his second over his last three games. Olivares has fluctuated between Triple-A and the majors a few times this year, but he should be up with the Royals for good now that Jorge Soler has found a new home. He's off to a hot start to August, going 4-for-11 with the aforementioned two home runs as well as a stolen base through three games. He's worth keeping an eye on, but as long as he remains buried in the Royals lineup, there's no need to add him in any fantasy league.
