3 years agoChicago Bears quarterback Andy Dalton has "full control of the offense", according to head coach Matt Nagy. The Bears coaching staff has praised the veteran passer for his confidence, his anticipation on throws and his grasp of the offense in such a short time. Nagy told reporters Monday, "He's got full control of this offense. Without a doubt. We could play a game tomorrow and be just fine." Dalton's signing may have come with a shrug to Bears fans at the time but the veteran has acclimated himself quickly to the situation.
