Marquise Goodwin Making Early Camp Impact
3 years agoChicago Bears wide receiver Marquise Goodwin has flashed his potential during the early stages of training camp. The 30-year-old is healthy and ready to return to the field after opting out of last season. Thus far, his arrival in Chicago is tantalizing, hooking up with quarterback Andy Dalton on some deep passes through the first few practices. GM Ryan Pace also has taken notice, telling The Athletic, "Everybody talks about his speed, but his professionalism … he's one of the first guys out there, all the extra things that he does," Pace said. "He's a really good route runner. He's been an awesome addition." Goodwin is projected to fit in as the number-three receiver in the offense and, if healthy, could become a WR5/6 option in fantasy.
