3 years agoSeattle Seahawks running back Travis Homer (calf) is off to a rough start for training camp after he was placed on the Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list on Wednesday. Players on the preseason PUP list can be activated at any time, but there was no immediate timetable announced for the injury. In the meantime, the team is expected to bring in another running back to take up those snaps that Homer will be missing. He has hung around the roster the last two seasons thanks to injuries to other guys, but, if he's beaten up while other guys are healthy, Homer's roster spot could be in trouble.
