Jamal Adams Reports To Training Camp
3 years agoSeattle Seahawks safety Jamal Adams was acquired from the New York Jets a year ago, and he's spent the offseason working with the team's front office on a new contract that would make him the highest-paid safety in football. As of a couple of weeks ago, the two sides were reportedly not even close to agreeing to an extension, but it was a good sign that Adams showed up to the first day of camp rather than initiating a holdout. The team is largely prolonging the inevitable, considering the amount of draft capital they gave up to get him, but as long as Adams is showing up to practice, it's a step in the right direction.
