3 years agoChicago Cubs catcher Willson Contreras went 1-for-3 with a solo home run in Saturday's loss versus the Arizona Diamondbacks. Contreras hit a rocket off of Merrill Kelly in the bottom of the fourth inning to put the Cubs up 2-0 at the time, but it wouldn't be enough offense to help carry the Cubs to victory. Contreras remains one of the best catchers in the game and is now hitting .239 with 15 home runs, 34 RBI and three stolen bases. Contreras will look to keep it going versus Caleb Smith on Sunday.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
