Robert Stock Exits Start After One Inning
3 years agoNew York Mets starting pitcher Robert Stock exited his start on Tuesday with a trainer in the bottom of the second inning, according to Bobby Nightengale of the Cincinnati Enquirer. Stock was seen throwing warm-up pitches on the mound in the second inning, but he would leave the game with a trainer before the first plate appearance of the inning. He has pitched only eight innings in the majors this season entering Tuesday night, seven runs on eight hits and eight walks while striking out eight batters in two starts. Expect updates on his condition after the game, but the reality is it's highly unlikely he was on anyone's roster right now.
