Adam Eaton Will Be Everyday Right Fielder For Angels
3 years agoLos Angeles Angels outfielder Adam Eaton will be the everyday right fielder going forward for the team, according to Jeff Fletcher of the Orange County Register. Eaton was signed by the Angels earlier in the week after he was released by the Chicago White Sox just before the All-Star Game. He has not looked very impressive this season, slashing .201/.298/.344 with five homers, two steals, 28 RBI and 33 runs scored over 58 games with Chicago. It's hard to see Eaton doing much better in Anaheim, and his displacing of Taylor Ward from right field won't cause too much impact either, as Ward is slashing .228/.312/.399 with seven home runs, one steal, 28 RBI and 28 runs scored over 59 games.
