3 years agoSt. Louis Cardinals starting pitcher Carlos Martinez left his start on Sunday with an unknown injury, according to Zachary Silver of MLB.com. Martinez threw a pitch in the fourth inning, immediately motioned to the dugout and then left the game with a trainer. There's no word or speculation as to what the issue could be, and for now managers should consider him day-to-day while waiting for updates on his condition.--Michael
