Tylor Megill To Start On Monday
3 years agoNew York Mets starting pitcher Tylor Megill will make his next start on Monday against the Milwaukee Brewers instead of on Sunday in the Subway Series against the New York Yankees. Corey Oswalt will likely start Game 2 of the doubleheader against the Yankees on Sunday. Megill, 25, has allowed five earned runs on eight hits (two home runs) while striking out 12 and walking four in his first two major leagues starts -- both against the Atlanta Braves -- in 9 1/3 innings since being brought up from the minor leagues to help New York's depleted rotation. The strikeouts are certainly appealing for fantasy managers in deeper leagues or those looking for low-cost DFS streamers, but he'll have another tough matchup against Milwaukee to kick off next week.
