Clayton Kershaw Dominates Rangers For Win Number Eight
3 years agoLos Angeles Dodgers starting pitcher Clayton Kershaw (8-5) allowed one unearned run on three hits while striking out nine across six innings to earn the win in Friday's 12-1 victory over the Rangers. The 33-year-old ace bounced back after allowing at least five earned runs in each of his previous two starts. He cruised through six frames to pick up his eighth victory of the season. Kershaw owns a 3.39 ERA, 0.97 WHIP, and a 95-14 K-BB across 82.1 innings in 2021. He continues to be one of the most reliable starters in baseball and has paid off for fantasy managers who selected him in the early rounds of their drafts. The Dodgers ace will look to build on Friday's performance when he takes on the Phillies next Wednesday.
