Montana De La Rosa Comes Through
3 years agoAfter some shuffling to the deck after a late-minute matchup cancellation, Montana De La Rosa took advantage of the main-card slotting on Saturday and scored a big second-round TKO victory. In 9:27 of action, De La Rosa tallied 29 significant strikes (66 total strikes) and landed two of her three attempted takedowns. Coming off of a draw in February, De La Rosa really needed this win over a tough striking opponent like Ariane Lipski. With the win, De La Rosa may find herself competing against some top-15 talent her next time out.
