Nick Gordon Collects Three Hits, First Career Homer
3 years agoMinnesota Twins infielder Nick Gordon went 3-for-4 with a home run in Friday's loss to the Kansas City Royals. Gordon collected a pair of singles, then later homered on the first pitch he saw in his last at-bat of the game. His home, the first of his career, was a towering, 423-foot shot that left his bat at an exit velocity of 104.8 MPH. Gordon has a hit in three straight games and has stolen two bases this season, making him a potential factor in three categories. Gordon stands to see plenty of at-bats moving forward with a bevy of injuries on the Twins' roster, making him a sneaky value in DFS formats.
