Francisco Lindor Picks Up Two More Hits Friday
3 years agoNew York Mets shortstop Francisco Lindor went 2-for-4, accounting for two of the Mets three hits, in their 2-0 loss to the Padres and Blake Snell on Friday. Lindor has now safely hit in seven straight games over which time he has slashed .400/.419/.600 with one home run and three RBI. He has raised his batting average from .182 to . 217 during this period. It appears Lindor is finally back on track after a brutal start to the 2021 campaign. Going forward, Lindor should likely thrive hitting at the top of the Mets lineup over the coming months, especially with Michael Conforto (hamstring) and Jeff McNeil (hamstring) due back around the end of June. Fantasy managers should continue to keep Lindor active in all formats.
