Ketel Marte Slashing .241/.258/.276 Since His Return
4 years agoArizona Diamondbacks second baseman/outfielder Ketel Marte has been starting to get more settled in at the plate lately. He's currently riding a four-game hitting streak, including a two-hit effort on Thursday. Marte missed over a month of action due to a hamstring strain. He's played in nine games since his return and has slashed .241/.258/.276 over that stretch. He only has one extra-base hit, a double, since his return. Marte had a monster start to the year, slashing .462/.500/.846 with two home runs and four doubles over six games before the injury. Marte is a great contact hitter with a career .284 average and he should provide a solid amount of power for fantasy managers as well.
