Aaron Judge Crushes 13th Homer
3 years agoNew York Yankees outfielder Aaron Judge went 1-for-3 with a two-run homer, a sacrifice fly, and a walk in Thursday's win over the Toronto Blue Jays. Judge tied the game in the third inning with a long home run, which traveled 440 feet at an exit velocity of 112.2 MPH. The slugger later added an insurance run with a sacrifice fly. Judge impressively leads the Yankees in batting average, home runs, RBI, and OBP as he seems poised for his best season since the 2017 campaign when he narrowly missed out on the American League MVP. Judge's .345 expected batting average and .639 expected slugging percentage suggest that he's somehow been slightly unlucky, even with the crazy numbers he's been putting up.
