Trevor Rogers Throws Five Innings On Monday
3 years agoMiami Marlins rookie starting pitcher Trevor Rogers wasn't at his best in Monday's start and at times even looked uncomfortable on the mound, but he was able to work through five solid innings regardless. He ended up allowing two runs (one earned) on three hits and three walks while striking out five. He did not factor into the decision, but the Marlins did end up with a win. Rogers moved his ERA to 1.75 and will take on the Red Sox in Fenway Park his next time out.
