Aaron Judge Delivers Game-Winning RBI
4 years agoNew York Yankees outfielder Aaron Judge went 1-for-3 with a pair of walks, an RBI, and a run scored in Sunday's 5-4 win over the Chicago White Sox. Judge had never delivered a walk-off hit in his career when he stepped up to the plate in the ninth inning with the bases loaded. The slugger will have to wait to get his first walk-off hit, though he walked with the bases loaded to bring home the winning run for New York. Judge extended his hitting streak to six games with a 111.6 MPH single off of Dallas Keuchel earlier in the game, raising his season average to .308. He's on-pace for career-highs in hard-hit rate, expected batting average, and expected slugging percentage, among others, meaning we could see one of Judge's finest seasons yet if he stays healthy.
