Aroldis Chapman Earns Third Victory
3 years agoNew York Yankees relief pitcher Aroldis Chapman notched his third win of the season in Friday's victory over the Chicago White Sox. Chapman pitched the ninth in a non-save situation and got into a bit of trouble- as he walked the leadoff batter and committed a throwing error on a bunt. The southpaw got some major help from the Yankee defense, which proceeded to turn a triple play to end the inning. Chapman has maintained a spotless ERA through 18 innings and is tied for third in the majors with 11 saves. He continues to be a fantastic draft day value.
