Max Kepler Hits First Homer Of Season
4 years agoMinnesota Twins outfielder Max Kepler went 1-for-4 with a solo home run, a pair of runs scored, and a walk in Thursday's 4-3 loss to the Rangers. Kepler had gone 19 games without homering before ripping a Jordan Lyles fastball 416 feet into the right-field seats at an exit velocity of 107.4 MPH. The German outfielder now has three hits and a stolen base since returning from the COVID-19 injured list- and perhaps the homer is a sign of good things to come for Kepler at the plate moving forward.
