Valentina Shevchenko returned to winning ways when she faced Alexa Grasso in the co-main of UFC 306. After their last fight ended in a draw, Shevchenko had a dominant performance where she reclaimed the title by having 16 minutes of control time. In 25 minutes, Shevchenko landed eight takedowns and 45 significant strikes, compared to Grasso who landed only one takedown and 18 significant strikes. Now with Grasso winning the first fight, and Shevchenko winning this one plus one draw, the argument could be made for the fourth fight.
