Brandon Lowe Homers In Win Tuesday
4 years agoTampa Bay Rays second baseman Brandon Lowe launched his second home run of the season on Tuesday, finishing 2-for-5 with a homer, a walk, two RBI and two runs scored in the win over Kansas City. Lowe has gotten off to a slow start this year by hitting .180 in 17 games, but he has still shown some pop and has drawn some walks, as he also sports a .306 OBP and .328 SLG. Statcast suggests that Lowe is dealing with some bad luck early on with a .205 xBA and .461 xSLG, so managers may want to look into trying to trade for Lowe while his stock is low, and wait for an anticipated bounce back through the rest of the year.
