4 years agoAtlanta Braves outfielder Ronald Acuna Jr. (abdomen) is considered day-to-day with a mild abdominal strain. Acuna received an MRI on Monday afternoon, which didn't reveal anything more than a mild strain of his abdomen, a positive sign for both the Braves and his fantasy managers. Still, given the injuries the Braves are dealing with, it wouldn't be surprising to see them take a cautious approach with their superstar outfielder. Acuna could theoretically be the designated hitter for one of the contests in the team's upcoming two-game series against the Yankees in the Bronx, though with another scheduled off day coming up on Thursday, it might make sense for the team to sit him until their weekend series versus the Diamondbacks.--Tim Capurso
