4 years agoNew York Yankees first baseman Jay Bruce is not in the lineup for a second consecutive game on Saturday. Manager Aaron Boone said to expect "a lot of" DJ LeMahieu at first and Rougned Odor at second, which leaves Bruce as the odd man out for the foreseeable future. He hasn't exactly forced the Yankees' hand with his play at the plate, as he's fell victim to the strikeout in 13 of his 39 plate appearances. Bruce could find himself on the outside looking in when Luke Voit (knee) returns.--Tim Capurso
