Conor Sheary Enjoys Three-Point Night Versus Flyers
4 years agoWashington Capitals winger Conor Sheary factored in three goals during Tuesday's 6-1 home win against the Flyers, opening the scoring and handing out two power-play assists. The 28-year-old speedster is on the second power-play unit. Sheary has been used everywhere in the lineup this season and is currently sitting on the third line with Lars Eller and Daniel Sprong. He's found some nice bit of form in recent outings with five points in two games. Sheary has managed 11 goals and 19 points for the whole year in 40 games. He should be a pretty attractive fantasy piece in deep fantasy formats with Washington being the second-best team in the league with the man advantage. The Winchester, Massachusetts native is also in a perfect spot to perform next, as the Capitals welcome the Sabres to town on Thursday.
