Miguel Sano Draws A Pair Of Walks Tuesday
4 years agoMinnesota Twins first/third baseman Miguel Sano went 0-for-2 with a pair of walks in Tuesday's 4-2 loss to the Red Sox. Sano has been slumping to start the season, so it was nice to see him put together a couple of patient at-bats. The 27-year-old slugger is batting just .086 with a 40 percent strikeout rate, though he's had some poor batted ball luck, as evidenced by his incredibly low .125 BABIP. While it's obviously a bit concerning to see him struggling so much, it sure seems like an early-season slump that he can work himself out of.
