J.D. Davis Exits Tuesday's Game After Hit By Pitch
4 years agoNew York Mets third baseman J.D. Davis (hand) left Tuesday's game after being hit by a pitch on his left hand, according to Anthony DiComo of MLB.com. Davis was hit by a Chase Anderson fastball in the top of the second inning, and he quickly left the game with team trainers. There is no word yet as to Davis' condition. Luis Guillorme entered the game as a pinch runner for Davis.
