4 years agoMinnesota Twins designated hitter Nelson Cruz is in Monday's lineup against Tigers' right-hander Jose Urena. Cruz wasn't able to start in the Twins' opening series at Milwaukee given that it's a National League park, though he'll be able to begin feasting on Tigers' pitching starting on Monday. Cruz collected a hit and an RBI in three games as a pinch-hitter against the Brewers. The 40-year-old slugger has slashed .326/.397/.597 in 56 career games at Comerica Park and has a good matchup against Urena, who placed in the 20th-percentile in barrel rate and the 13th-percentile in exit velocity last season.--Tim Capurso
