Stephen Curry Scores 30-Plus For Third Straight Game
4 years agoGolden State Warriors guard Stephen Curry dropped 30-plus points for the third consecutive game on Sunday. Curry netted a game-high 37 points on 12-for-23 shooting from the field. The superstar guard didn't have it from beyond the arc, as he shot 3 of 12, though he made up for it by sinking 10 of his 12 attempts from the charity stripe while rounding out his line with five rebounds, two assists, a pair of steals, and a block in 37 minutes. The defensive statistics were a nice bonus, but it's not often that Curry struggles to connect from three-point range. He had knocked down at least five triples on 40 percent shooting in each of his two games before Sunday, and he gets a Tuesday matchup against the Bucks, who have allowed the second-most makes per game from beyond the arc to point guards.
