Jamal Murray Excels On Both Ends In Tuesday's Win
4 years agoDenver Nuggets guard Jamal Murray was a two-way force in Tuesday's win over Philadelphia. Murray poured in a game-high 30 points on one end while recording three steals on the other end in 38 minutes of action. The 24-year-old shot 50 percent from the field and 45.5 percent from beyond the arc, adding six rebounds and four assists. Murray's scoring average has dipped a bit from February- but he has remained active in March, with averages of 20.5 points, 5.6 assists, 3.0 rebounds, 2.7 triples, and 1.7 steals per game on 48.7/43.2/96.7 percent shooting splits. Murray should be busy on the scoring end once again in Thursday's matchup with the Clippers, as they've allowed the second-most points per game to opposing point guards.
