4 years agoMiami Marlins starting pitcher Sandy Alcantara tossed three innings in a Grapefruit League game against the St. Louis Cardinals on Saturday. It was a shortened final tune up before his Opening Day start. Alcantara gave up one run on three hits, striking out three without issuing a walk. He wraps up an excellent spring with a 1.33 ERA and should be a solid contributor in all fantasy formats this season. His next time on the mound will be on Opening Day against the Tampa Bay Rays.--David A Marcillo - RotoBaller
