4 years agoMinnesota Twins designated hitter Nelson Cruz went 1-for-3 with an RBI single and a strikeout in Saturday's loss to the Rays. Cruz took a 97-MPH fastball the other way in right field for his fourth RBI in nine Grapefruit League games. The 40-year-old has gotten off to a bit of a slow start, though his build-up to the 2019 season went similarly before he put up monster numbers. Cruz has posted in the 90th percentile or better in each of the last six seasons in barrel rate and expected slugging percentage. Over the last five full seasons, he's posted averages of 86 runs scored, 41 homers, 104 RBI, and a .288 batting average. Take Cruz at his 82 ADP and ask questions later.--Tim Capurso
