Maryland vs. Connecticut
Eric Ayala (Maryland) MORE 15.5 Points - James Bouknight (Connecticut) MORE 15.5 Points
This could be a nasty one to gauge. Eric Ayala surged in the conference tournament of the Big-Ten scoring 40 points in the two games and saving his best performances for the last. The other key is Ayala can get to the foul line. He must slash and dash to the basket. In two games against Michigan State, the guard got to the line 10+ times in each of those contests. That must happen or come close to occurring on Saturday night versus Connecticut. The feeling is that Ayala can create matchup problems versus the Huskies. The feeling is this will be close but the Maryland Junior guard will get into the MORE category by a little bit as the Terrapins try to stay in this Round of 64 contest.
James Bouknight coming into his own in his sophomore year was not as much of a surprise as his conference tournament performance was considering how well he had played against Creighton and DePaul earlier in the season. Bouknight seemed rattled as he missed all seven attempts from three-point range. Maybe, against Maryland, the bigger stage will not intimidate the young guard. That is the hope. Maryland is a team that plays in the middle to high 60's pace-wise. Connecticut has the offense to push the pace into the low to even middle 70's. That is where the Huskies and Bouknight have to play. The feeling is this game gets somewhere around 70 for each team. That bodes well for the MORE with both guards.

Missouri vs. Oklahoma
Dru Smith (Missouri) MORE 14.5 Points - Austin Reaves (Oklahoma) MORE 19.5 Points
The fourth-year guard must stay out of foul trouble against Oklahoma. That may be about the only way Smith does not eclipse the 15-point mark. Oklahoma can play some defense but even then will still allow around 70 points per game. There should be enough opportunities for Smith and the Missouri offense. Can they keep up with the Sooners? That is the biggest question of all. Smith should be able to get off about 13-15 field-goal attempts at least. If he makes even close to half of his shots, that will be enough to hit the MORE.
The second half of this prop features Austin Reaves. This is where it gets fun. Reaves can fire away from the perimeter and at times get to the hoop with more speed than most realize. Transition jumpers will be huge here on Saturday night as Oklahoma should be able to push the pace enough. It comes down to Reaves hitting his shots and maybe shooting a few more threes than normal. There will be wide-open looks. Oklahoma has the feeling of running away with this one late as they make their foul shots. Reaves is an 86.4% free-throw shooter. That could make the difference. Take the MORE.
