4 years agoPro Bowl fullback Nick Bellore is re-signing an undisclosed deal with the Seattle Seahawks on Thursday, according to a source. Bellore has also been a special teams star for the Seahawks, and it's a big move to appease quarterback Russell Wilson as the team tries to persuade him to stay with the team. He played linebacker for the first half of his career in the NFL before converting to fullback with the Detroit Lions. Bellore signed with Seattle in 2019 and has factored in on special teams the last two seasons. The 31-year-old will likely be blocking for a new lead back in 2021, as Chris Carson is currently a free agent. Bellore was a Pro Bowler in 2020 on special teams, and he added 14 combined tackles (11 solo) and a fumble recovery in 16 games (zero starts).--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
