Tristan Jarry Wins Fifth Straight Start On Monday
4 years agoPittsburgh Penguins goaltender Tristan Jarry pulled out a victory in his fifth consecutive start as his team claimed a 4-1 win over the Boston Bruins on Monday. The 25-year-old was extremely busy in this one - stopping a season-high 42 of 43 shots against in the contest. After a terrible start to the campaign (3.92 goals-against average, .859 save percentage in six January starts), Jarry has put together an immaculate March with a 2.34 GAA and a .930 SVP in six starts. One of the hottest netminders in the league, Jarry has now posted 12 wins, a 2.89 GAA and a .906 SVP in 20 starts in 2020-2021. He needs to be a lock in fantasy starting lineups until he shows signs of cooling down.
