4 years agoAric Almirola is buried so far down the leaderboard on Sunday for the Instacart 500. He starts from the 32nd spot. Worse, the Stewart-Hass Racing driver has not performed well at all with an average place differential of -11 per race. After four straight results in the top-ten, Almirola has lost spots during his last three Phoenix results. With him starting this low, it may be hard for the driver to negotiate through traffic.
