Christopher Bell Falls Flat At Homestead, Finishes 20th
4 years agoJoe Gibbs Racing driver Christopher Bell endured a long day behind the wheel. He started second thanks to Denny Hamlin being forced to the rear of the field. However, Bell never could take advantage of that positioning. He lost positioning early and often in Stage 1 -- finishing 16th. Things only became worse during Stage 2 where he ended up 28th. Bell battled throughout the final laps of the race and managed to get into the top-15 briefly but ended up finishing 20th. Homestead did not go well for Bell but the driver will look for better times in Las Vegas.
