Buffalo Sabres left wing Jordan Greenway (lower body) will not suit up during Tuesday's contest against the Ottawa Senators. Greenway suffered this injury during their victory over the Winnipeg Jets on Sunday. Fantasy managers should continue to monitor Greenway's status leading up to their next contest on Thursday evening against the Pittsburgh Penguins. Greenway is currently riding a 13-game scoreless streak. During this skid, Greenway has logged just 10 shots on goal and added 40 hits with nine blocked shots. Through 34 contests this season, Greenway has scored three goals and added five helpers. The 28-year-old has tallied an impressive 100 hits with 29 blocked shots. While he remains sidelined, Jiri Kulich (concussion) will likely rejoin the starting lineup.--Andy Smith - RotoBaller

Buffalo Sabres left wing Jordan Greenway (illness) is viewed as a game-time decision for Monday's contest against the Edmonton Oilers. Greenway was unable to suit up during their previous contest on Saturday evening against the Florida Panthers. The 28-year-old was able to participate during the team's morning skate on Monday, which is a positive sign. Before he came down with this illness, Greenway tallied just one point (a helper) over his last seven contests. During this span, Greenway has logged nine shots on goal and tallied 27 hits and five blocked shots. Through 27 contests this season, Greenway has found the back of the net three times and added five helpers. He has averaged 3.0 hits per game with 0.88 blocked shots per game. If he is cleared to return, he will likely return to the fourth offensive line and only carry value in deeper leagues that reward hits.--Andy Smith - RotoBaller

According to Mike Harrington of The Buffalo News, Buffalo Sabres left wing Jordan Greenway (undisclosed) is targeting a return following the international break. Harrington noted that Greenway "should be ready" for their first game out of the break against the New York Rangers on February 22. Greenway has been sidelined since mid-December due to an undisclosed injury. Before the injury, the 28-year-old had scored three goals and added four helpers across 20 games. Greenway added 54 hits, 19 blocked shots, and 13 penalty minutes during this stretch. Fantasy managers should continue to monitor his status during the international break as he is nearing a return to the ice. When he is cleared for action, Greenway should return to his role in the bottom six and should only be targeted in deeper formats when looking for hits.--Andy Smith - RotoBaller
