Brad Marchand Produces Two Points In Loss
4 years agoBoston Bruins forward Brad Marchand collected a pair of points on Friday as his team came up short in a 6-2 loss to the New York Rangers at Madison Square Garden. In addition to figuring into both of the Bruins' goals, the 32-year-old finished the night with an even-rating, four penalty minutes, three shots and one hit in 15:39 of ice time. Despite the loss, it was just another routine night for Marchand, as he's busted out of the gate with 22 points (10 goals, 12 assists), a plus-seven rating, seven power-play points, 45 shots and 16 hits through 18 games. He's producing first-round fantasy value and should be started without hesitation every night he laces up the skates.
