BALLER MOVE: Add in 12-Team Leagues

ANALYSIS: I wouldn't be surprised if this is the last time I get to write about Josh Hart as a WW target. With a rostership about to hit 50% in all Yahoo leagues and the Pelicans seemingly interested in moving on from Lonzo Ball and JJ Redick (maybe Eric Bledsoe too) before the trade deadline, it would make sense to find Hart more rostered than not very soon.
Perhaps in preparation for what could happen in the next few days and weeks, New Orleans has ramped up Hart's minutes during the past few weeks. Hart's minutes have gone from 27 to almost 30, which is not an incredible uptick but still enough to think something's coming. That minute-boost has--obviously--cut Hart's per-minute averages a bit, but he is still racking up numbers when he is on the court as an important part of the Pelicans second unit (15% usage rate in February).
Hart is currently (from Feb. 14 on) averaging a neat 12-7-2 line in the six games he's logged since then. His shooting sits at 48% from the floor in that span and should get back up a little bit (he's had two games shooting below 35 percent...). Hart makes for a good addition in 9-cat leagues has he is virtually turnover-free, and most of his upside comes from the scoring (10+ points in three of his last six games) and rebounding (9+ in three games too) cats.
