4 years agoFlorida Panthers center Aleksander Barkov produced a goal, two assists, a plus-three rating and four shots on Friday, propelling his team to a lopsided 7-2 victory over the Detroit Red Wings. With the three-point performance, the Finnish center extended his personal point streak to three games (two goals, four assists) and he now has 18 points (six goals, 12 assists) in 15 games on the season. Barkov continues to be the centerpiece in why his team sits atop the Central Division through the first month of the campaign. With his strong point production, plus-five rating, 52 shots and 11 hits thus far, Barkov is proving he's just a set-it-and-forget it fantasy starter regardless of the format.--Chase Davis - RotoBaller
