Daniel Suarez will start 15th but finishing the race is questionable.
4 years agoSuarez parlayed a decent run in the duels and a solid qualifying time into the 15th starting position at this year's Daytona 500. On the other hand, Suarez has raced seven times at the 2.5-mile track and six times the man from Monterrey has crashed. The only finish was the 2017 Coke Cola 400. Suarez ended up 17th and that was his best placing at the Florida track. The chances he finishes Daytona this year is probably not going to be 50-50.
