Russell Henley Has Great Form, Bad Course History
4 years agoRussell Henley was one of golf's most consistent ball-strikers over the latter half of 2020. Henley continued to look sharp last week in the Sony Open, gaining an impressive 6.9 strokes from tee to green en route to a T11 finish at Waialae. The former Georgia Bulldog brings that hot form to this week's American Express, an event where he's traditionally struggled. Henley has missed three cuts in his five career AmEx starts. Despite the ugly track record at La Quinta, he stands out as a strong DFS play on this slate thanks to his recent form and reasonable price tag.
