Los Angeles Kings forward Andreas Athanasiou made it three goals in three games in Tuesday's 3-2 loss to Colorado, becoming only the third player in franchise history to score in all of his first three regular season games for the team. Bill Lesuk did it first in 1971-72 and some guy named Wayne Gretzky managed it in 1988-89. Adrian Kempe scored a power-play goal in the contest, while Anze Kopitar finished with two assists. Athanasiou had an awful year last season, but he is a former 30-goal scorer and it looks like he's capable of reaching the mark again in 2020-21. Gretzky started his Kings career with a four-game goal-scoring streak, and Athanasiou will be aiming to repeat the feat against Colorado on Thursday.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
