Miami Heat guard Kendrick Nunn had his best game of the year in a 113-107 win over the Pistons. Nunn scored a season-high 18 points with five rebounds, three assists, two triples, two steals, and a block in 34 minutes. The shorthanded Heat needed someone besides Bam Adebayo to step up, and Nunn obliged- he took 15 shots, the second-most he's taken in a game this season. It's worth noting that he's played 30+ minutes per game twice this season, so he's not worth picking up in season-long leagues. Nunn should be considered in DFS formats if the Heat is shorthanded again on Wednesday against Toronto.--Tim Capurso

Los Angeles Lakers guard Kendrick Nunn will start on Sunday against the Cavaliers. Patrick Beverley (illness) is under the weather, opening the door for Nunn to get more involved. The 27-year-old has averaged only 4.9 points this season, so he'll be a risky option for anyone who decides to put him into their fantasy lineup. There's also a chance Russell Westbrook gets more involved from off the bench, which will lower Nunn's ceiling even more.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller

Los Angeles Lakers guard Kendrick Nunn has impressed the coaching staff, specifically head coach Darvin Ham. As a result, Nunn has been working with the starting unit during practice sessions as of late. The 27-year-old has averaged 15.0 points, 3.0 assists, and 2.9 rebounds while shooting 36.4% from deep throughout his two seasons of play, both with Miami. However, after inking a deal with the Lakers in the summer of 2021, he missed all last season with a right knee injury. With that said, fantasy managers will certainly want to monitor this situation, as Nunn may exceed expectations this season if he lands a spot in the starting lineup.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller

Los Angeles Lakers guard Kendrick Nunn (knee) was cleared to increase contact at practice moving ahead. He missed all of last season with a bone bruise. However, head coach Darvin Ham is pleased with Nunn's progress, indicating he's looked "great." The 27-year-old has averaged 15.0 points, 3.0 assists, and 2.9 rebounds throughout his two seasons in the league, both with the Heat. While Patrick Beverley is now in the equation, Nunn may still get minutes in 2022-23. Yet, he will need to prove his worth on the fantasy end once he's healthy and back on the court before anyone considers adding him to a roster.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller

Los Angeles Lakers guard Kendrick Nunn (knee) is expected to take the court to begin the 2022-2023 season. He missed all of last season due to a lingering knee issue. However, Nunn has accepted his player option and will remain with the Lakers for at least one more season. When healthy, Nunn averaged nearly 15 points per game and 2.1 triples during his first two seasons with the Miami Heat. There is no doubt that Nunn could be a legitimate asset to the Lakers rotation. First, Nunn must get clearance for 5-on-5 drills with contact. Although, it sounds like Nunn could be ready by the beginning of training camp.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
